MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please read the agreement below carefully before registering as a member of our website.

1. Parties

a) BAYAR GOLD Jewelry, operated by HALİL BAYAR, registered with the Topçumeydanı Tax Office under Tax Number 1510068903 and located at PINARBASI MAH. 1240 SK. NO: 1 A IC KAPI NO: 1 EYYUBIYE/SANLIURFA, which manages the website www.bayargold.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
b) The internet user who becomes a member of the www.bayargold.com website ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which the member will benefit from the website www.bayargold.com owned by Halil BAYAR.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering is true and will compensate any damages due to false information.
• The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and may not share it. All consequences of unauthorized use fall on the Member.
• The Member agrees to comply with all legal regulations while using the website.
• The Member shall not use the site in a manner that disrupts public order, violates morals, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Opinions expressed by Members are their own and do not reflect the views of the Seller. The Seller is not liable for these opinions.
• The Seller is not responsible for data loss or software damage. The Member accepts this risk by using the website.
• The Member agrees not to access or interfere with other users' data or software.
• The Member is solely responsible for any legal or criminal consequences of violating the agreement, and the Seller is exempt from such liabilities.
• The Seller may delete a membership or associated data at any time, and the Member accepts this right in advance.
• The website’s software/design is owned by Bayar Gold/Halil BAYAR and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• The Seller may collect information for site improvement or legal requirements (e.g., IP address, access time, referral site, etc.).
• The Seller may disclose personal data if required by law or in good faith to protect its rights or comply with legal processes.
• The site is protected against viruses to the extent possible, but users are responsible for their own systems and software.
• The Seller reserves the right to modify content, services, or delete user data at any time.
• The Seller may update or cancel the agreement without prior notice. Changes are effective upon publication.
• The parties agree that the Seller’s computer records are valid and binding evidence according to Article 287 of HUMK.
• By accepting this agreement, the Member consents to receiving notification emails and SMS messages from the Seller.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement remains valid until the Member or Seller terminates the membership. The Seller may cancel membership for any violation of the agreement.

5. Settlement of Disputes

Şanlıurfa Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes related to this agreement.

6. Enforcement

By registering, the Member agrees to all terms of this agreement. The agreement is deemed mutually executed at the time of registration.
